The Basics- what you need to know about tanning!

  • Tanning bed lamps emit UVA and UVB light- just like the sun. The ratio of UVA (the Browning Ray) is higher 94-98% and UVB is lower 2% to 6%. Note: you derive all your Vitamin D benefits from UVB light..

  • Our job is to tan you responsibly and allow you to build a tan and maintain it. You should never burn in a tanning bed or outdoors - we are here to ensure that.

  • Wear our protective eyewear when tanning in a tanning bed! We supply them for free

  • Use a Tanning Accelerator Lotion for the best tanning results. We sell them at 10% to
    25% below retail! Plus get 20% your first purchase!

  • Moisturize after you shower- whether you are tanning in a Tan Bed or Spray tan- it will extend the life of your tan- we sell many 24 hours moisturizers!
Are there Benefits to Tanning- indoor or outdoor?

  • When you tan your body absorbs UVB light and converts it to Vitamin D

Not Tanning- just Spray Tanning?
  • A Spray Tan is a great alternative if you do not want a tanning bed. A Spray Tan looks like a real tan and lasts 5-10 days. It does not protect you from burning in real sunlight…It simply makes you look tan for 5-10 days.

  • A Spray Tan uses DHA as the active ingredient to turn your skin brown. DHA is most commonly a Sugar Cane derivative or a derivative from Sugar Beet Juice- we use a Sugar Beet Juice Derivative- it is higher quality and works better. We offer 2 types of Spray Tanning….. VersaSpa and Custom Airbrush- the ultimate in “Instant Tanning”.


    Airbrush Tans can last up to 10 days! Call for an appointment….Our technician reviews how you want your color- head to toe, then performs the Airbrush and blow dries you.
